Lawyer in criminal and civil law, with a focus on corporate compliance (231/01 Models, GDPR privacy and AI), business crisis and family law. Methodical, attentive and empathetic — oriented towards concrete solutions before resorting to litigation.

Determination, method, grit and consistency are my mantra: the defence is a tailored suit, cut to fit the client's needs. I am attentive, methodical and precise, with a strong problem-solving attitude and the right focus on every aspect connected to the dispute.

Criminal lawyer by choice, I obtained a Master in business and economic criminal law in 2020. More recently, I have deepened the corporate dimension of criminal liability: drafting, updating and implementing organisational and management models under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, and GDPR privacy compliance.

I describe myself as a punctual, precise and well-organised professional, able to translate intuition into concrete action. The experiences I have built across different settings have shaped strong relational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders — clients, peers, institutions — to give clear and adequate answers.

In civil matters, I handle contract drafting, family law and over-indebtedness.

    European and transnational specialisation, criminological-criminal track. Thesis: computer fraud under article 640-ter of the Italian Criminal Code.
