Over-indebtedness and business crisis

The Italian Code on Business Crisis and Insolvency offers structured tools to address financial distress before it becomes irreversible. The office assists both individuals and small entrepreneurs facing over-indebtedness, and larger companies seeking restructuring procedures.

Consumer over-indebtedness

Consumer debt restructuring procedure, minor composition, controlled liquidation.

Discharge of the impecunious debtor: those unable to offer any value to creditors can obtain a one-off discharge from their debts.

Drafting of the application to the competent Crisis Composition Body (OCC Trento and Rovereto) and management of relations with the appointed Crisis Manager.

Negotiated settlement of the crisis

For companies in financial distress that are not yet insolvent, the negotiated settlement allows discussions with creditors under the guidance of an independent expert at the territorially competent Chamber of Commerce. Going-concern value and continuity of operations are preserved.
