Criminal law

Defence in criminal proceedings at every stage: preliminary investigations, preliminary hearing, trial and appeals. The office handles both general crime and so-called white-collar criminal law (corporate offences), with a meticulous study of the case file and a defence focused on practical, sustainable outcomes.

Crimes against the person and personal freedom

Stalking (art. 612-bis of the Italian Criminal Code) and harassment, including within family or cohabiting relationships.

Domestic violence (art. 572 c.p.), abuse against cohabitants, Italy's «Codice Rosso».

Sexual offences: sexual violence, sexual acts with a minor, corruption of a minor, online grooming.

Bodily injury, battery, threats, slander and defamation (including on social media and online).

Negligent and intentional homicide; vehicular homicide.

Property and computer crimes

Theft, robbery, extortion, fraud, misappropriation, receiving stolen goods, money laundering and self-laundering.

Computer crimes: computer fraud (art. 640-ter c.p.), unauthorised access to IT systems, identity theft, online defamation.

Organised-crime offences (art. 416 c.p.) and aggravated forms.

Narcotics

Defence in proceedings for possession, supply, production and trafficking of narcotic substances under d.P.R. 309/90.

Cultivation, minor offences (art. 73, paragraph 5), personal use and threshold issues.

White-collar criminal law

Corporate, insolvency, tax and environmental crimes.

Bankruptcy, false corporate communications, self-laundering, private-sector corruption.

Predicate offences for entity liability under Italian d.lgs. 231/01, and internal investigations.

Juvenile criminal law

Defence in criminal proceedings before the Juvenile Court.

Court-appointed defender on the National Roll since 2020, including for juvenile proceedings.

Special guardian appointed by the Juvenile Court.

State-funded legal aid

The office is on the legal-aid panels, including for juvenile matters. Where statutory income thresholds are met, legal assistance can be provided at no cost to the client.

Approach

In criminal cases the difference is in the details: careful reading of the file, precise factual reconstruction, a calibrated defence strategy. We work with the client to build a coherent and sustainable line, choosing for each phase the most effective procedural rite and tools.
