Supervisory Body (OdV)
Service as member or chair of the Supervisory Body under article 6 of d.lgs. 231/01, in several entities in Trento and Rome. The OdV oversees observance, operation and updating of the Model and reports to the corporate bodies.
For which companies
Limited and partnership companies, cooperatives, third-sector entities. Although technically optional, adopting the Model is in practice an implicit requirement to take part in public tenders, obtain industry certifications and protect both the entity's assets and its directors in case of an offence.
