Privacy and GDPR compliance

Personal data protection is not a formality: it is an organisational and contractual responsibility. The office supports companies, cooperatives and professionals in their compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and in the day-to-day management of privacy obligations.

Compliance and ongoing support

Initial privacy audit and gap analysis against the GDPR and the Italian Privacy Code.

Drafting of the records of processing activities, privacy notices, consent forms, appointments of system administrators, processors and authorised persons.

Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for high-risk processing.

Handling of data breaches and of data-subject requests.

Data Protection Officer

DPO appointments for several entities — limited companies, social cooperatives, healthcare facilities — in Trento, Bolzano, Rovereto, Arco and Rome.

The DPO is the reference both inside the organisation and towards the Italian Data Protection Authority and data subjects: ensures ongoing compliance and supports the organisation in choices that affect personal data.

Training

Training sessions for employees and contractors, tailored to the actual processes of the organisation.
